# Getting Started with Deliveri

Your quickstart guide for Deliveri to get you shipping right away!

Hey there! 👋

Thank you for choosing **Deliveri**. We are pleased to present you the first steps. We recommend that you complete the guide here in order so you can start shipping faster! Let's go! 🎉

## Quick Steps Setup

1.  Set up your directory
    
2.  Configure your custom packages
    
3.  Connect your Shopify Store
    
4.  Create your first label

## Step 1: Set up your Directory

1.  Navigate to the **Directory**
    
2.  Click **Add Address**
    
3.  Input the **Address details**
    
4.  (Optional) Set as **Default**
    
5.  Click **Save**

## Step 2: Configure your custom packages

1.  Navigate to the **Settings** ⚙
    
2.  Select **Packaging**
    
3.  Click **Add Package**
    
4.  Input **Package Details**
    
5.  (Optional) Set as **Default**
    
6.  Click **Save**

## Step 3: Connect your Shopify Store

### Option 1: Connect from Inside Deliveri (Recommended for Existing Users)

If you already have a Deliveri account:

1.  Log in to your Deliveri dashboard
    
2.  Click the **Connections** tab at the top navigation
    
3.  Click **Connect** under the Shopify option
    
4.  Log in to your Shopify store (if you are not already logged in)
    
5.  Approve the connection
    

Once connected, your store will appear in the **Connected Webstores** section.

That’s it. Your orders will now sync into Deliveri.

### Option 2: Install from the Shopify App Store

You can also connect by installing Deliveri directly from the Shopify App Store:

Steps:

1.  Click **Install** (new users) or **Open** (if already installed)
    
2.  Log in to Deliveri (if prompted)
    
3.  Approve the app connection
    

This method will automatically link your Shopify store to your Deliveri account.

Both methods are equally supported and easy. Choose whichever feels more convenient.

## Step 4: Create your First Label

Steps:

1.  Click **Create Shipment** (in the upper right corner) or **Select a Shopify Order** (if new order present)
    
2.  In the **Source Address** section select from **Template** or **Enter Address Manually.**
    
3.  In the **Destination Address** enter the recipient address.
    
4.  Click **Package Information** and enter the package **Items** (optional), and **Dimensions** (Length, Width, Height, and Weight).
    

> **Info:** Adding **Items** is optional, however we do recommend it for detailed order data. Inputing the package items helps with Insurance calculation.

5.  Select if the package is a **Parcel** or **Poly-Mailer.**
    
6.  Enter the **weight** of the package.
    
7.  Once all required fields are complete, the **Courier Rate** request will trigger automatically. If you do not see any rates, please check your inputs for accuracy.
