
Log in to Shopify Admin
Go to your Shopify dashboard (admin).
Open Notifications
In the left menu, click Settings
Click Notifications
Find the Shipping Confirmation notification
Under Customer notifications, locate Shipping confirmation
Click Shipping confirmation
Turn the notification on
Make sure Shipping confirmation is enabled/active
If you see an option like Enabled / Deactivate:
If it says Deactivate, it’s already on 
If it says Enable, click Enable 
(Optional) Preview your email
Click Preview to see what customers will receive.
Save changes
Click Save (top right), if Shopify shows a save button.
Create a test order in Shopify (or duplicate an old one).
Create and purchase a label in Deliveri with Auto-fulfill ON.
Confirm in Shopify:
The order becomes Fulfilled
A tracking number is attached
Check your customer email inbox (or a test customer email) for the shipping confirmation message.
Ensure you’re in Settings → Notifications
Shopify may group notifications; look under Customer notifications.
Double-check that Shipping confirmation is enabled
Confirm your Shopify store email settings and sender email are configured
Verify the fulfillment includes a tracking number (most stores include it automatically)
