Deliveri insurance is designed to protect eligible shipments against:
Lost packages
Damaged items during transit
And stolen packages upon delivery
A shipment is generally eligible for insurance if:
The shipping label was purchased through Deliveri
Insurance was selected during checkout
The shipment follows carrier packaging and content rules
The delivery address is complete and accurate
If any of these conditions are not met, coverage may be denied.
Some shipments and items are not eligible for insurance coverage.
Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
Fragile items (glass, ceramics, artwork)
Hazardous or prohibited materials
Used or refurbished goods
Shipments with incorrect or incomplete addresses
Coverage limits may also apply to high-value or specialty items such as electronics and luxury goods.
Domestic shipments: Coverage available up to applicable limits based on shipment value
International shipments: Coverage availability and limits vary by destination
Customs-related issues: Not covered (including duties, taxes, or seizures)
Always make sure the declared value accurately reflects the contents of your shipment.
If something goes wrong, claims must be submitted with proper documentation.

Proof of loss or damage (photos and/or carrier confirmation)
Claims must be submitted within 60 days of label purchase, whether the shipment was lost or damaged.Claims may be denied if:
Items were improperly packaged
The shipment includes excluded or prohibited items
The package was delivered as addressed
Required documentation is missing or inaccurate
Fraudulent or misleading information is submitted
Repeated denied claims may trigger an account review.
For international shipments, insurance coverage is subject to:

Customs and import compliance
Yes. Insurance must be selected at the time you purchase your label. It cannot be added later.
No. Insurance is optional, except in cases where a carrier or service level requires it.
